Nothing is right till you don't make it right - Your decision, needs your self satisfaction.

It’s about when my book “Choose Your Subject” was published; a great ceremony was organized by Believers Life Skills Trust in which I got a question from one of the students after I briefed about my book to the audience. It was literally relatable and I guess it would be relatable with you guys too.

The question was “How we know to make the things right when everyone is saying that we are going on the wrong way?” I replied to him that “Nothing in the world goes in a good manner till you don’t think of it in a positive way, and nothing helps you till you don’t work on it passionately.” Later on, when my teacher and mentor Mr. Muhammad Akram, Director PGC, came on the stage and he quoted Muhammad Ali Jinnah (RA) that “I never take the right decision, I make my decision right,” which was also regarding the same question.

Basically in the world where we are living, we expect everything good to happen with us which sometimes goes in the opposite direction and hurt us, like you thought to do Pre-Medical to get the admission in MBBS and you end up to with the Social Sciences Department due to various circumstances. It is a perfect example to understand that resources never help you to reach the destination until you don’t use it right. You have the airline ticket which you can use for visiting any country in any way, what to do, is up to you.

There is nothing right or wrong, you make things right or wrong through your decision, emotional influence, and learning. Sometimes in our life, we are too arrogant to blame others besides our self, and sometimes we are too much luck dependent that we wait for the superstitious power. Our life goes with so much confusion like whenever we make a decision we make others the stakeholder of that and we wait for the good outcomes depending on others.

Listening to people about their decisions saying “might I didn’t do that”, dear one, there is no outcome of the things that are either positive or negative, but if bad things come up, it is never been a solution to leave it. If our house gets on fire we don’t leave the house but we try to control the situation and save our asset as much we could. Later on, we work on the building and renovate it not at once but gradually besides when we have enough resources to manage it; however, we have to manage it anyway. The reason is for it is that our house is built by our efforts and we have made a lot of investment in it.

"But why we leave our initiative and decision besides making them right?"

The basic thing I have analyzed in my exposure is that people never feel their time as money and themself as a resource. What have you done and what you are doing is important even if you don’t get a return from it but you have a lot of investment in time and energy which needs attention with respect to its importance. When you are going for the decision or making something for yourself requires a lot of effort, if you are serious about it.

Think any of your decision you made in your life, how much time you thought of it, how much times you go to others to discuss it, how many times you faced the opposition, how many times you justified others for it and you prove them wrong. These all efforts made by you required investment of time and energy which are actual assets that you cannot return anyway? If you lose the money you can get it anyway but in your life, you cannot get a single nano-second in return.

Whenever you make a decision, there is one thing which you have to focus on is that you had an investment in it and you have to make it right anyway. There you will find a place for yourself to make your decision right in any way. Life never helps you till you don’t help it and the decision is never right till you make it right.
